BREATHING EXERCISE “The following is a simple exercise to connect with Source whenever you feel out of balance. Slowly take in three deep breaths, consciously asking Source to fill your heart with love. Visualize an experience that invokes feelings of love and peace in your heart center. As you slowly exhale, release this love, allowing it to surround you.
